Hello everyone!


My name is Doede Jan van der Heide and I am a 17 year old student of mechanical engineering from Holland. I like scale modeling quite a lot and I will post some of my work a.s.a.p. There are five modeling subjects I find interesting:

- Dutch Military
- Gulf War (Especially UK, US, French and Iraqi)
- War on Terror (Especially UK, US and Dutch)
- Vietnam
- Last but not least: IDF

I usually build either helicopters or vehicles from these particular themes but sometimes I like building an aircraft or some dioramas too. The most recent IDF build I did was a 1/72 scale M151-A2 MUTT scratch build. I will post some photos of it on this forum. At the moment I am working on an IDF Bell-212 and a Hughes MD-500 both in 1/72 scale. If you guys would like me to, I could make a topic for those.
